First session
What to bring
- Your insurance card and a photo ID
- A list of any medications you're currently taking
- Any relevant records or referrals, if you have them
- A sense of what's bringing you in, a few words is plenty
- Questions you'd like to ask your therapist
Out-of-network & superbills
If we're out-of-network with your plan, we can provide a superbill, a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We're happy to walk you through it.
Sliding-scale options
We offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for those paying out of pocket. Let us know your situation and we'll do our best to work with you.
Cancellation policy
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged a fee. [CONFIRM: cancellation fee amount.]
